During the second week back at school the library hosted another successful Scholastic Book Fair with the theme Australia! Story Country. This is also the theme of the  Children's Book Council of Australia 2016 Book Week celebrations.  Thank you to all who purchased items at the fair as you have helped to raise $1741 worth of books for our library. As usual students competed in a colouring-in competition to win vouchers to select books from the Book Fair.  This year's winners were Ashleigh, Ava, Tara and Kalista. Congratulations girls!

The library is again hosting a Scholastic Book Fair which has lots of books for students and their families to buy.  Already the Minecraft books are proving popular - and it's only Day 1!  The library will be open every morning, all lunch time and on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons till 4.30pm for children and parents to visit the fair.  Here are some photographs of the Book Fair when it was set up and also with some keen shoppers. Mrs Mitchell is having fun using the EFTPOS machine, so far, so good!
